Right of withdrawal

1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, for a period of 14 days. This cooling-off period commences on the day of receipt of the product by the consumer or a previously communicated date by the consumer and written agreement by the trader.

2. During the cooling-off period the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and unopened packaging will be returned to the trader, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the trader.

3. Before returning the product, send an e-mail to info@sub4life.com and state the following in the e-mail:

Name, order number and reason for return.

The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the consumer.
