Payment, Shipping and Returns

Payment and shipping:

We will ship the order as soon as we receive the payment (iDeal, Credit Card and Paypal). You can expect your order at home within 3-5 working days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it in its original conditions (unopened and unused product) within 14 days of receipt. For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we cannot accept products that were opened. Once we have received the product, we will refund to your account within 14 working days.

Before returning the product, send an e-mail to info@sub4life.com and state the following in the e-mail:

Name, order number and reason for return.

The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the consumer.
