You can create your own custom lifestyle tea using dried herbs

While multiherbal formula in specific dose is the key element of individualized therapy according to principles of traditional Chinese medicine, some single herbs can also offer benefits for your daily life. The use of lifestyle herbal tea can help you to smooth your way through the day, preventing, avoiding or softening physiological challenges and increase your effectiveness and comfort. You can steer your life the way you want.

How to prepare a lifestyle tea?

Step 1: Take one teaspoon (approx. 3g) of dried herbs (*).

Step 2: Pour one cup (approx. 200ml) of boiling water over the herbs.

Step 3: If possible, cover the infusion to help retain the aroma and flavours.

Step 4: After about 5 minutes, separate the herbs from the infusion. Pour the tea through a strainer into your mug, remove the teabag/tea infuser/tea ball, or simply drink the supernatant tea.

Step 5: You can repeat this process with the same herbs up to two times.

Step 6: Many herbs, such as red dates, can be eaten, while others, like cinnamon bark, can be discarded (or composted).

Notes: (*) If using an herbal pair, use 3g of each herb and pour a larger cup (approx. 300ml) of boiling water over them.
